Zakaya Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Zakaya ("the Service"), you accept and consent to be subjected to these terms of service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.
2. Licensing
We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to enjoy the benefit of the Service as provided by Zakaya, in the manner permitted by these Terms.
2.1. Third-Party Integrations
Our Service integrates with third-party services, including Google and Twitter/X. When you choose to connect these accounts, you grant us the following permissions:
Google Account
- Use your Google account for authentication purposes
- Add events to your Google Calendar when you explicitly request this action
Twitter/X Account
- Use your Twitter/X account for authentication purposes only
You acknowledge that your use of these integrations is subject to each platform's respective terms of service and privacy policies in addition to our terms.
3. User Code of Conduct
As a Zakaya user, you must ensure that all content shared aligns with our community guidelines. Content must not breach local laws, violate the rights of others or promote harmful behavior. Zakaya reserves the right to moderate, modify or remove content and suspend or terminate user accounts that do not comply with these guidelines.
4. Data and Privacy
Zakaya collects and processes data including emails, usernames, chat messages, forum posts, and user logins. We use this data to enhance our services and conduct user analytics to improve user experience. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing activities. 5. Age Limitations
Zakaya services are only available to individuals aged 18 and above. We may adjust this age requirement in the future.
6. Account Termination
Upon termination of your account, Zakaya will delete all personal data, messages, reacts, and forum posts associated with your account. We may preserve anonymized user data for internal analysis and improvement of the Service.
7. Modifications to the Service and Terms
Zakaya reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that Zakaya will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service or any part thereof.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes or claims arising out of its subject matter or formation shall be governed and constituted in accordance with the laws of Delaware.
